		<description>I facilitate a two day workshop on how to find a job.  I emphasize the importance of body language and completely agree with you!  Some say that an interviewer decides if they LIKE you in the first minute.  I think that is up to your body language - eye contact, facial expression, posture, and handshake.  FIRM!!
Dress also makes a difference.
There is no shortage of equally qualified candidates.</description>
